Educational Qualification

Candidates must have one of the following qualifications as of April 1, 2025:

B.Sc. (Nursing) with successful completion of a six-month integrated Certificate in Community Health (CCH) from an INC/State Nursing Council recognized institute/university from the academic year 2020 onwards.

Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with a six-month integrated CCH as above.

GNM (General Nurse and Midwifery) with a Certificate in Community Health as per MoHFW guidelines.

Permanent registration with the Indian Nursing Council (INC)/State Nursing Council/Bihar Nurses Registration Council (BNRC) is mandatory at the time of application. If registered in a different state, a declaration to register with BNRC within 90 days of joining is required.
